Patrick Ogrodnik - The Piano Workshop at Chester

Patrick, a born and raised New Jersey resident, started playing the guitar at the age of 12 and after taking a few local lessons quickly excelled in the rock genre.

From 15 to 18 he was in several bands and played at some of the larger clubs across the NJ/PA area. By the time he was 19 he was signed to an Indy label and touring the country learning the art of production and the music business as well as taking the time to master his guitar.

During his time in the band he decided to switch gears and started to take music much more seriously as he began attending William Paterson University where he received his degree in classical guitar and music engineering.

While at University he showed true passion and talent in the classical realm and performed in Masters classes with the likes of Jason Vieaux.
In his last year of education he landed a full time job at The House of Loud recording studio where he had the opportunity to assist and work on major recordings for artists signed to labels such as Atlantic and Jive among others.

Shortly after graduation Patrick became a house engineer for the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown and The Newton Theatre in Newton NJ where he mixed live performances for many rock and roll hall of famers, Grammy nominees and winners for over 3 years.

Now owning his own PA and project studio. Patrick produces writes and records music on a regular basis for bands as well as his own while also free lancing as a live and studio engineer.

Throughout his 15 years of experience Pat also picked up the drums and keyboards as secondary instruments but guitar and music in general is where his true talents lie.
