Sascha Sternecker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Hollins University where she also studied theatre, choral conducting, and psychology. She is an accomplished choral singer, having performed masterworks such as the Carmina Burana, Handel’s Messiah, and The Peaceable Kingdom, and also has extensive experience with women’s choirs, chamber choirs, and a cappella ensembles. She has been involved with theatre from an early age– both onstage and backstage– and has worked professionally in technical theatre in New Jersey and Virginia. Sascha’s passions in performing are operatic and classical, musical theatre, and choral music. When not teaching or singing, she is an avid equestrian.
